We want you to be thrilled with your new Geez Louise Goods. We’re a small company, 3 sisters working together. Having satisfied customers really makes us happy, which is why we aim to offer the best possible customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to us and we will be glad to respond.

Since each of our products are hand printed they have a special quality of being perfectly imperfect and one of a kind. To avoid shrinkage, hang dry the 100% cotton tea towel and avoid ironing on the design.

We are not responsible for errors or typos that you send us in your order message.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have an concern with your order. We will gladly address any problems relating to manufacture. It should be in it’s original condition.

Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
